1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using STYL, you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our platform.

2. Service Description

STYL is a marketplace platform connecting customers with beauty and wellness service providers and product suppliers in the DFW area. We facilitate bookings, deliveries, and payments but are not directly providing the services or products.

3. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must be at least 18 years old to use STYL
• One person may not maintain multiple accounts

4. Bookings and Orders

• All bookings are subject to provider availability
• Cancellations within 24 hours may incur a 50% cancellation fee
• No-shows will be charged 100% of the service price
• Product orders are final once accepted by the store

5. Payments

• Payment is required at time of booking or order placement
• We accept credit cards, wallet funds, and gift cards
• All prices are in USD and include applicable taxes
• Refunds are subject to our cancellation policy

6. Provider Terms

• Providers must maintain professional standards and licensing
• Commission rates vary by tier and are deducted from earnings
• Providers are independent contractors, not employees
• STYL reserves the right to suspend or terminate provider accounts

7. Prohibited Activities

• Harassment or abusive behavior toward other users
• Fraudulent activity or payment disputes
• Sharing account credentials with others
• Using the platform for illegal purposes

8. Limitation of Liability

STYL is not liable for damages arising from service quality, product defects, or provider/driver conduct. We facilitate connections but do not guarantee outcomes.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of STYL after changes constitutes acceptance of new terms.

11. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from use of STYL will be resolved through:

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any legal proceedings must be conducted in Dallas County, Texas.
