- Find all paid Stripe sessions for this customer
- Create missing Booking records
- Log to TransactionLedger & AdminAuditLog
- Create ProviderEarnings record for provider dashboard
- Send confirmation email & in-app notification to client
- Send new booking email & in-app notification to provider
